Cancellation Policy

Bird of Yoga Studio Booking and Cancellation Policies To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, please review our updated booking and cancellation policies: 1️⃣ Advance Booking: Clients can book classes up to 7 days in advance. 2️⃣ Session Limit: Each session is limited to 9 students for a personalized experience. 3️⃣ Minimum Bookings: A minimum of 3 bookings is required for a class to proceed. If not met, the class will be canceled, and notifications will be sent. 4️⃣ Last-Minute Booking: The latest booking can be made up to 2 hours before the class start time. 5️⃣ Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their bookings online up to 12 hours before the class starts. 6️⃣ Cancellations: Cancellations can be made online up to 6 hours before the class start time. 7️⃣ No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged in full as per the booking terms. 8️⃣ Drop-In Packages: Drop-in packages cannot be rescheduled or changed. 9️⃣ Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable: All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 🔟 Package Expiry: All packages have a set validity period.
